The lower back bracket is easily adjusted from the rear axle to the front axle of the cart frame. The cart is incredibly stable with an innovative center of gravity control and four wheel stance. The lightweight frame is constructed of heavy gage aircraft aluminum and folds easily to a compact size (23" x 18" x 9").
